As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide clear, professional communication to employees and visitors. You will represent Allied Universal with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach while supporting a reliable, innovative, and agile culture on site.

Requirements

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at an aerospace and defense location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or public emergency services as required by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or policy violations.
• Control access to restricted areas by verifying identification and/or access credentials, directing visitors and deliveries to approved locations, and documenting access activity per site requirements.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, communicating relevant updates to the incoming officer and/or site representatives.
