As a Security Officer - Chemical Site Patrol - Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling a chemical or petrochemical location. Your presence will help maintain a secure environment while you conduct routine patrols and remain visible to those onsite. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the chemical and petrochemical location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for unusual activity or security-related hazards specific to chemical and petrochemical environments and report findings according to site protocols.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support site operations.
Maintain detailed logs and documentation of patrols, incidents, and any observed irregularities as required by site policies.
Follow all site-specific procedures and protocols, including those related to chemical and petrochemical site operations.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials at entry and exit points as required.
