Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access support, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document details through required reports and communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.
Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas while assisting with visitor screening, employee access questions, and policy awareness in a professional manner consistent with Allied Universal standards.
Support day-to-day operations by observing customer traffic, reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns, and communicating with site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
