Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post. In a fast-paced environment, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy concerns in accordance with site expectations.
Support day-to-day operations by following post orders, maintaining awareness of changing conditions, and assisting with customer service and incident response needs across the location.
