Job Description As a Security Officer - Campus Patrol Driver in Peebles, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location as an unarmed Patrol Officer in a driving post. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance with clear communication and strong customer service. Backed by a caring, people-first culture, you will act with integrity, support teamwork, and use reliable reporting tools to help keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points and verify identification, visitor logs, and delivery paperwork; direct guests, contractors, and drivers to the appropriate check-in locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching notifications, preserving the scene for responding authorities, and documenting actions taken.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activity, incidents, and inspections; communicate security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
