As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post, so you will use a vehicle to complete routine patrols and respond to service needs. Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas, observe for irregular conditions, and communicate issues to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with on-site staff and/or local responders when appropriate.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual activity through established channels.
