As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a financial services location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, assisting with access control, visitor check-in, badge verification, and phone and/or radio communication. You will observe lobby activity, document incidents, and support security-related customer service with professionalism and discretion. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials, and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site procedures.
Support access control by monitoring entry points, assisting with turnstiles and/or badge readers, and helping to deter unauthorized access and tailgating.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
Monitor security-related systems from the front desk such as cameras, alarms, and intercoms, and report unusual activity per post orders.
Answer and route calls, coordinate with building management and tenant representatives, and provide directions and information to visitors and employees.
Prepare clear, accurate written reports of daily activities, incidents, and noteworthy observations using site reporting tools.
Support confidentiality expectations by handling sensitive information discreetly and following client and Allied Universal guidelines for information control and communications.
Assist with deliveries, vendor check-in, and appointment verification, confirming authorization prior to allowing access to restricted areas.
