As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to requests with professionalism. You will monitor activity, report concerns, and support day-to-day operations through clear communication and customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and questions, and report unusual behavior and/or policy concerns to site leadership.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear communication and coordinating with on-site staff and/or public responders as needed.
Complete accurate, timely documentation such as activity logs and incident reports, and communicate key updates during shift turnovers.
