You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver standout customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license in line with AU Driver Policy Requirements. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarms, disturbances and/or suspicious activity.
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verifying credentials and directing visitors according to site procedures.
Monitor video surveillance, alarm panels and/or other security-related systems, reporting unusual conditions per post orders.
Document routine activity and incidents in daily activity reports and incident reports, including accurate times, observations and actions taken.
Communicate with site management, Allied Universal leadership and local responders as needed, using radios, phones and/or other communication tools.
Perform perimeter and door checks, noting unsecured doors, forced entry indicators, broken locks and/or other concerns, and escalating findings per procedure.
Provide assistance with building opening and/or closing routines when assigned, including security-related checks of key areas.
Maintain a professional presence and follow site-specific customer service expectations while enforcing posted rules and policies in a consistent manner.
