As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of patrol activities and incidents as required by site procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific policies and procedures while on duty.
