Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any suspicious behaviors or activities within the financial institution environment.
Collaborate with location staff and visitors to maintain a welcoming and professional presence.
Document all security-related incidents and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
