As an Access Control Officer at Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and provide outstanding customer service while managing access points. Requirements

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the building and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
Work collaboratively with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and provide a welcoming presence.
Assist with visitor management, including verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes as required by site policies.
