Job Description As a Security Officer - Automotive Patrol Driver in Kansas City, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at an automotive location. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas by vehicle while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for any unusual conditions.
Monitor entry and exit points to help control access to the location, especially in areas where vehicles and equipment are present.
Document and report any security-related incidents or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate with site personnel and visitors to provide assistance and relay information as needed.
Follow all company protocols and site-specific instructions to support the security-related needs of the location.
