About The Position

As a Security Officer - Automotive Patrol Driver FT in Claycomo, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Professional in an access control role at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals in accordance with site-specific policies.
Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting visitors, employees, and vendors as they enter or exit the premises.
Carry out security-related procedures and protocols to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities within the auto industry environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and location protocols.
Collaborate with location staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and provide support as necessary.
