As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas at an automotive location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive approach. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the automotive facility.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining a secure environment for personnel and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential risks within the automotive location.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or property damage discovered during patrols to Allied Universal management and client representatives as required.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification, and/or credentials as directed by site procedures.
Support Allied Universal and client personnel during emergency situations by following established protocols and providing clear communication.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client policies.
