As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will interact with team members and visitors, deliver exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly in all situations. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card or license is preferred.
The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at the auto industry location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
Observe and report any unusual activity, maintenance issues, or hazards encountered during patrols.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members, site personnel, and visitors to address security-related concerns and inquiries as needed.
Document all incidents, observations, and security-related activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
