Job Description As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Shift Lead in Fremont, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a leading automotive environment. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and play a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor premises for potential security-related concerns and report any suspicious activities or hazards.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access control and site navigation as required.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services if necessary during critical incidents.
