As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
Communicate clearly and promptly with supervisors, team members, and/or site personnel regarding incidents or suspicious activity.
Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by site guidelines and Allied Universal protocols.
Assist with access control procedures and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the automotive location.
