Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer, where you will actively monitor and patrol auto dealership locations to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. As this is a driving post, you will be responsible for conducting routine mobile patrols and remaining visible throughout the property. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, embodying our company's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs within the automotive location to the appropriate personnel.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff by maintaining a visible presence and assisting with security-related matters as needed.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents according to company and client requirements.
