As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting daily operations. Requirements

  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage communications for the location, dispatching appropriate personnel as needed for security-related situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site teams and emergency responders as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all calls, incidents, and dispatch activities in accordance with site-specific policies.
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and following established security-related procedures.
  • Support regular and random patrols by maintaining communication with patrolling personnel and tracking their status.
  • Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities and site-specific protocols as directed by Allied Universal and the client site.
  • Collaborate with team members to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activity within the location.
