Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Security Clearance in CAMDEN, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will monitor assigned areas, respond to requests, document observations, and communicate clearly with site personnel and our team. Requirements

Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
Be at least 21+ years of age.
A Guard Card/License is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and employees by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or suspicious conditions.
Control access at entrances and controlled areas by checking identification, validating credentials, managing visitor logs, and directing authorized personnel according to site procedures.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as required.
Complete detailed security-related reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and communicate observations and/or policy concerns to site leadership.
