As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a premier residential location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role requires both an armed guard card/license and a valid driver's license, as you will be driving and supporting the community. You'll provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and embody our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity while putting people first every day.

Requirements

An armed guard card or license is required.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while on patrol at the residential location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to residents and guests.
Document and report incidents, observations, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal policies.
Work collaboratively with residents, guests, and staff to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
Follow all site-specific guidelines related to the armed patrol post, including proper handling and storage of assigned equipment.
