As a Security Officer - Armed Residential Patrol Driver in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a prestigious residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves driving and requires an armed guard card/license. Requirements

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a residential environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate de-escalation and emergency response techniques as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter, both on foot and/or by vehicle, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
• Work collaboratively with on-site staff and local law enforcement when necessary, following established protocols.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while carrying or handling authorized firearms in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
