About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol in CAMDEN, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. Requirements

Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols for an armed post.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
Carry and maintain control of assigned firearms and equipment in accordance with company and client policies.
Complete detailed reports of incidents, observations, and/or any unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed in accordance with established procedures.
Participate in security-related drills and training sessions to remain prepared for various situations specific to the aerospace and defense environment.
