As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated media and technology locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong communication. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and assist with entry control to designated areas within the location, helping to maintain a controlled environment.
Document and report any suspicious activities, incidents, or security-related breaches according to company protocols.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related issues and support operational needs in a media and technology environment.
Remain alert and prepared to respond to situations that may require the use of armed response, following all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
