As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and unauthorized activity. This armed post requires a current armed guard card or license. Requirements

Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment within the food and beverage location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including those involving the use of assigned arms as directed by company policy and local laws.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any unusual activities encountered during shifts.
Collaborate with site personnel and first responders when responding to emergencies or incidents within the food and beverage location.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Remain alert and observant at all times while on patrol, reporting any security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site supervisors as required.
