About The Position

As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Rover in Cincinnati, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and service calls. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and support a professional customer experience. Requirements

• Have 2+ Years' Law Enforcement/Military Police/Corrections Experience.
• Be 21+ Years of Age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Carry a firearm and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, post orders, and applicable laws and/or licensing requirements.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or local law enforcement as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Complete required reports and logs, document incidents and patrol activity, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and site contacts.
