As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Driver in Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Requirements

• Have 3 or more years of experience as Military Police, Corrections Officer, or in armed security-related roles, or be a Certified Law Enforcement Graduate.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining an armed presence in accordance with post orders and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document daily activities, observations, and incidents according to site procedures and reporting requirements.
