You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and by responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the location, including both the business interior and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols.
Carry and maintain proficiency with assigned firearms and/or other security-related equipment as required for the armed post.
Support access control measures by verifying credentials and/or monitoring entry and exit points as needed.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.
