As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol aerospace and defense locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
Hold an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

An armed guard card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns, reporting any observations according to site protocols.
Support access control measures by verifying credentials and assisting with entry and exit procedures as required.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities as directed by site management.
