As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at financial institution locations. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior, security-related hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.
Assist with access control by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering restricted areas.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences.
Uphold a professional presence while interacting with employees, visitors, and/or customers within the financial institution environment.
