Job Description As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Aerospace in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. You will remain visible, conduct regular patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Hold an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and help to deter any unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior within the location.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client protocols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed during incidents or emergencies.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential threats or disruptions.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as any site-specific requirements related to the armed post profile.
