As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. Your presence and professionalism will provide reassurance to clients and visitors, while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Have at least one year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, and/or military roles.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution’s premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the location.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as required during incidents.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while carrying out all assigned duties.
