As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes engaging with employees and visitors to provide outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. Requirements

Possess an armed guard card or license.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter areas.
Help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access through visible presence and thorough observation during patrols.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual situations encountered during shifts.
Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns.
Adhere to all Allied Universal policies, client-specific guidelines, and legal requirements related to armed security operations.
Maintain awareness of surroundings and remain prepared to respond to emergencies or incidents as they arise.
