Requirements

Must have a valid drivers license
Weekly Pay
Armed CLEET Guard License
An armed guard card or license is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
Monitor for suspicious activity and report any irregularities according to site protocols.
Interact with visitors, employees, and/or contractors in a professional manner while maintaining a visible presence.
Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and/or daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the site.
Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and verify credentials as needed.
Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with local authorities when required.
