Join Allied Universal at a financial institution location as an armed patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security-related concerns with calm professionalism. You will complete routine patrols, document key observations, and provide helpful customer service and clear communication to staff and visitors. Requirements

• Have 3+ years combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a Criminal Justice college degree.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• An armed guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, customers, and/or visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct armed patrols indoors and outdoors, including regular and random patrols of lobbies, offices, cash-handling areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or suspicious activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
• Control access at designated points by monitoring entry and exit, verifying identification and/or authorization as required, and directing visitors to appropriate areas.
• Complete detailed reports and shift documentation on incidents, patrol activities, and/or policy violations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
