About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed Financial Patrol in Oklahoma City, OK , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at financial institution locations. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires both armed and driving capabilities, offering a dynamic environment where your commitment to teamwork, reliability, and integrity will shine.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points within the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or breaches of policy.
Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local law enforcement as required in the event of incidents or emergencies.
Maintain accurate records and logs of activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions specific to financial institution locations.
