In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Law Enforcement Officer license is required.
Armed Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter, remaining alert to security-related concerns and potential risks.
Carry and maintain control of assigned firearms and equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site protocols.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual occurrences according to established procedures.
Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.
Remain visible and approachable to employees, visitors, and/or the public, providing assistance and information as required.
