Job Description As a Security Officer - Armed Financial Patrol Driver in Denver, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer in a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing an approachable presence. This role requires driving and carrying a firearm, supporting a secure environment through routine patrols and visible engagement. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Applicants must have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
An armed guard card or license is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with particular attention to areas relevant to financial institutions.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all incidents, patrols, and security-related activities.
Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during critical situations.
Follow all company protocols and procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and adhere to client-specific requirements.
