As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide customer service and clear communication with tenants, visitors, and site teams, while documenting observations and reporting concerns. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be part of an agile, reliable, innovative team that acts with integrity. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial real estate areas such as lobbies, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and building perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Help to deter unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence, observing and reporting suspicious behavior, and documenting routine and unusual activity per post orders.
• Support property operations with access control and visitor management as assigned, including monitoring designated entry points and assisting with directing guests and/or deliveries.
