As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support staff and visitors with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry points, manage visitor check-in and badge control, and verify deliveries and pickups at gates and/or loading dock areas per site procedures.
• Complete routine reports such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift pass-downs, and communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.
