As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Specialist in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Requirements

• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A guard card and/or license

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and escalate concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.
• Observe and report security-related issues, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations while preparing clear, accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Assist with access control, directional support, and general public interactions while helping to maintain orderly operations at the location.
