Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will play a key role in fostering a secure environment by conducting routine patrols and engaging with those on site, all while embodying our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Requirements

Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Communicate clearly with other Allied Universal personnel and client representatives as required by site procedures.
Document incidents and observations according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
Assist in managing access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors as required by the location.
Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and assisting first responders as directed.
