As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas through routine patrols and access checks, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for service with clear communication and professionalism. You will support personnel and visitors with customer service, document observations, and escalate concerns. Requirements

Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
Be 21+ years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.
A guard card/license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and reporting to site leadership as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, production and office spaces, and the perimeter, watching for unusual activity and conditions that may require attention.
Control access by verifying identification and/or credentials, directing visitors to the appropriate check-in process, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate observations and/or concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
