Job Description As a Security Officer - Aero Patrol in Appleton, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout an aerospace and defense location. You will remain visible to provide exceptional customer service, respond to incidents, and maintain a secure environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the aerospace and defense location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions, hazards, or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to address security-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of daily activities and incidents as required by site policies.
• Support access control measures to help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas within the location.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or requests for assistance in accordance with site-specific procedures.
