Requirements
- An active Department of Defense Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access control at the front entrance, verifying identification and credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with location requirements.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by site procedures.
- Assist with emergency response activities at the front desk, including alerting appropriate personnel and coordinating with local authorities as directed.
- Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management to address questions, provide information, and/or resolve concerns related to front desk operations.
- Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive monitoring and reporting at the front desk area.
