As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence at an aerospace and defense location. You will interact with employees and visitors, respond to incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience is required.
Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the aerospace and defense location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards during patrols and promptly report observations to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as needed.
Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site contacts regarding incidents, concerns, or procedural updates.
Support the overall security-related operations of the location by following established protocols and maintaining a visible presence.
