As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense environment, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with visitors and employees, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security experience.
Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the aerospace and defense location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and fellow Allied Universal personnel.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as required by site policies.
Support emergency response efforts, following established protocols for the aerospace and defense environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
