As a Security Officer - Hotel Access Control in Corona, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

MUST HAVE VALID AND CURRENT CA. GUARD CARD & TRAINING CERTIFICATES!
PLEASE COME DRESSED IN BUSINESS ATTIRE CLOTHING.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to guests, residents, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.
Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the hotel and resort community.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including evacuation or shelter-in-place procedures.
Work collaboratively with property management and other staff to address security-related concerns and provide support as needed.
