As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business area and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Maintain clear and professional communication with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management.
Document all patrols, incidents, and interactions in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the logistics and distribution environment.
